Suhani Akhare
Suhani is a the director of the legal team at Anaplan. Her broad-based practice encompasses compliance with federal and state securities regulations for public companies, corporate governance, global entity management, matters for the board of directors, merger and acquisition transactions along with China & Asia joint venture agreements. As a second-career lawyer with a business background, Suhani adopts a pragmatic approach to the practice of law while upholding the highest ethical standards.
Karna Nisewaner
Karna is a vice president and associate general counsel at Cadence Design Systems, Inc., heading up the Intellectual Property, Litigation, and Employment practices. Karna serves on the Palo Alto Community Child Care (PACCC) board and is active in UCLA LEAD, a network for women alumna of UCLA Law. Time spent living and working in Singapore, and travels around the world, make her appreciate the opportunity we have here in California to aid in the process of making the world a better and more equal place for all.

Lisa Nguyen
Lisa is an IP litigation partner at Latham & Watkins LLP in Silicon Valley. Growing up in Silicon Valley, she developed a strong interest in technology. She received a computer science degree from UC Berkeley, where she was recognized with a department award for her excellence and dedication in teaching introduction to symbolic programming. Lisa serves on the Diversity Program Advisory Board for PracticePro, a startup that trains and coaches diverse law students, and is a local leader of Latham's Women Enriching Business (WEB) committee.
Christina Pearson
Christina is a corporate partner at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP in Palo Alto. She represents companies in every stage of their life cycle, from start-up to maturity, and counsels her clients through liquidity transactions such as venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, and initial public offerings. Christina is committed to mentoring and connecting others, and has a particular interest in furthering the advancement of, and working to ensure the retention of, women in the legal profession.
